Craig Thomson - Song Writer

A stand out similarity between the character and the actor, Craig Thomson has himself a music career that includes working the UK and Europe with Frankie Goes To Hollywood, a UK recording deal, a world released music video and many appearances on UK TV Shows.

Upon returning to Australia, Craig’s self titled album received Triple M airplay and he was written back into Home and Away as the same character and had his track ‘Moving On’ played on the show on high rotation for a year. Unbeknown to Craig at the time, Mushroom Publishing held exclusivity for compositions aired on Home and Away and his music was then taken down from the popular show.

Following this Craig relocated to LA to work with INXS on Rockstar Production where he recorded vocals on the ‘Switch Album’ on tracks Perfect Strangers, Hot Girls and Hungry. Craig also spent time writing songs with Jon Farris.

Returning to Australia, Craig recorded and released his latest album Long Way Here, through WJO Distribution.

Since 2011 Craig has been consistently performing around Sydney and the Central Coast promoting tracks for his Long Way Here album and building his Australian fan base.
